If Tooly Premium isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first Lifetime purchase and we'll return it in full — no complicated questions.
Payments are made in cryptocurrency sent directly to our wallet addresses. Approved refunds are returned in cryptocurrency to a wallet you specify — normally the equivalent of the USD amount you paid.
- Cancelling
- Cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Renewals
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins — except where required by law, or at our discretion (for example, an accidental renewal reported promptly).
- How to request
- Email support@tooly.contact from your account email, including your order or receipt number so we can process it quickly. Most refunds are approved within a few business days.
